MyPW Company Information

MyPW is a revolutionary, patent-pending and platform-independent central authentication service. It was founded in 2005 with the goal of bringing strong, easily implemented and low-cost authentication to the mass market.

Management Team

Brian Cartmell, Chief Executive Officer

Brian Cartmell founded MyPW in 2005 to address the essential need for a mainstream, two-factor authentication technology solution. With over 20 years of information technology experience, Cartmell brings a focus to MyPW that is underscored by his past successes with intellectual property and business development.

Cartmell previously founded Spam Arrest, a patent-protected, relationship-based anti-spam service, as well as eNIC, the central domain registry for all dot-CC domains. eNIC was acquired by Verisign in 2001 with over five hundred thousand domains registered, while Spam Arrest has witnessed an impressive 70% revenue growth in 2005-2006 alone.

Additionally, Cartmell's expertise as a new-technology leader brought him before the Subcommittee on Telecommunications of the United States Senate Commerce Committee in February, 2001, where he provided testimony regarding the matter of Internet Governance by ICANN.

Michael Nguyen, Director of Technical Operations

Michael Nguyen is the IT Operations Director for MyPW. After receiving his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Seattle University, Michael was accepted into the Masters of Business Administration Program at the University of Washington, where he specialized in Technology Management.

Michael brings a wealth of experience to MyPW, having worked as a Technical Support Lead for a subsidiary of Micron Electronics, as an Online Systems Administrator for the University of Washington non-profit organization FIUTS, as a Unix System Administrator for The Eastside Journal plus its 14 other print media companies, and as an Operations Engineer at Microsoft, where he built and managed test and production environments for Microsoft's Xbox Live service.

Louise Harb, Director of Operations

Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Louise Harb brings over ten years of high level business administration experience, including years spent within the international service and trade arena.

Holding a BA in Philosophy from Boston University, with previous studies at Oxford University in England, one of Harb's earliest successes was with a Fortune 500 staffing company directing a large pool of contract workers for one of Washington State's largest employers. She has also served as a Director for eNIC Corporation, a large domain registry company acquired by VeriSign in 2001, and is now serving as Director of Operations for Spam Arrest, as well as Director of Operations for MyPW.

Harb's extensive background in strategic planning and execution brings value to both customers and employees of MyPW.
