MyPW knows the importance of protecting the privacy of our users, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so responsibly. The following paragraphs describes our privacy policy. By visiting MyPW or using our service, you are accepting the practices described below.

Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 16, 2006

MYPW, LLC ("MYPW") is committed to protecting your privacy. We have made a commitment to maintain strict requirements regarding how we treat your information.

The products and services described on this Web site (the "Site") are being offered by MYPW. This privacy policy is designed to tell you how we collect and use your name, address, telephone number or other information which by its nature can identify you personally ("Personally Identifiable Information" or "Personal Information" or "PII"). We provide this privacy policy so that you can make an informed decision about using our Site and the products and services offered therein (collectively, with the Site, the "Products and Services"). Please read this statement before using the Products and Services or submitting any Personal Information to us. By using the Products and Services, you consent to the information collection and use practices described herein. MYPW reserves the right to change the provisions of this privacy policy at any time, but will alert you that material changes have been made by indicating on the privacy policy the date it was last updated. Your use of the Products and Services following the posting of such changes or revised policy shall constitute your acceptance of any such changes. Any changed or revised privacy policy shall be effective immediately after it is posted on this Site. We encourage you to review our privacy policy whenever you visit our Site to make sure that you understand how any personal information you provide will be used. This privacy policy applies only to our online information collection and use practices through this Site and does not apply to MYPW's offline information collection and use practices.

Confidentiality and Security of Your Personally Identifiable Information, Passwords and Pin Number:

a. Passwords. The MYPW two-factor token (the "Token") a secure, one-time password which you can submit to the password verification areas of the Web sites which accept passwords generated by the Token ("Participating Sites"). MYPW DOES NOT STORE YOUR TOKEN GENERATED PASSWORDS, but rather utilizes a mathematical encryption formula that allows you to access Participating Site content and services by inputting a one-time password generated by the Token which consists of an ever-changing series of numbers displayed on the screen of your Token.

b. Your Pin Number. If you purchase a Token from us, you will obtain a four digit number which associates your Token with you personally (a "Pin Number"). We will not disclose your Pin Number to any third party unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy. When a Participating Site desires to authenticate your Token generated password, the Participating Site will compare your Pin Number with the Token generated password. Consequently, some of the PII you submit in connection with your purchase of a Token may be compared with the Participating Site databases or with some other third party source for the purpose of authentication you and providing you content and services which you desire to access. We also do this in order to authenticate your identity and other attributes to prevent identity theft. We have confidentiality agreements in place with Participating Site operators restricting the disclosure of your PII and Pin Number.

We do not generally delete Pin Numbers (and the PII associated with such Pin Number) from our secure repository because a Participating Site might not then be able to check its status. You may, however, revoke (deactivate) your Pin Number. A revoked Pin Number will still appear in our repository with an indication that it has been revoked. If you have purchased a Token and would like to have your Pin Number revoked (deactivated) from our database, please contact us via e-mail at

c. General Security Precautions. We apply high data security protections to safeguard your Personal Information. To protect the Personal Information we have about you, we use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with U.S. federal regulations and good industry practices. We have a variety of security measures in place that limit internal access to data stored by the Site. Access to such data is restricted to authorized personnel only and requires an employee to have a secure user name and password to access the information. In addition, logs are reviewed regularly to identify any inconsistencies. The Site is continually updated with the latest known security patches that are periodically published by the system vendor. Any information that you give is password protected.

d. Digital Certificates. Secure pages on our Sites have been secured with a digital certificate. To view this certificate, click on the image of the closed lock on the bottom bar of your browser window. This certificate will show that you are sending your Personal Information to us. On secured pages, this site uses SSL encryption up to 128-bits.
